Key Responsibilities
Performance
· Perform inspections and non-destructive testing (NDT) on large, machined parts.
Accuracy
· Take accurate measurements using micrometers, indicators, and other precision tools.
· Complete inspection paperwork with clear, accurate penmanship.
Precision
· Read and interpret blueprints to ensure product specifications are met.
Safety
· Maintain adherence to safety and quality standards.
· Collaborate with production and quality teams to identify and resolve issues.
Qualifications & Skills
· Professional, dependable, and motivated.
· Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
· Basic math skills and ability to follow procedures.
· Previous manufacturing or inspection experience is a plus.
· Ability to read and use a variety of measurement tools (mics, indicators, etc).
· Strong blueprint reading skills.
· Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
· Good communication skills and ability to multi-task.
· Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
