· Professional, dependable, and motivated.
· Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
· Basic math skills and ability to follow procedures.
· Previous manufacturing or inspection experience is a plus.
· Ability to read and use a variety of measurement tools (mics, indicators, etc).
· Strong blueprint reading skills.
· Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
· Good communication skills and ability to multi-task.
· Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
